Person who takes care of a child shall submit a submission on a specific form regarding the disbursement of the means of support on 2014 February 4 and shall be added to the Cabinet regulation No. 71, Regulations regarding the disbursement of the means of support "the documents specified in Paragraphs 4. Administration of the Maintenance Guarantee Fund shall register an application for disbursement of the means of support and 10 working days from the application for disbursement of the means of support for the first time, and the date of receipt of documents attached to a decision on the disbursement of the means of support or the refusal to pay child support. A decision regarding the disbursement of the means of support or the refusal to pay child support applicant shall notify in writing, as well as specify the procedure for contesting the decision. Disbursement of the means of support shall begin no later than the calendar month following the date of adoption of the decision on disbursement of the means of support. Disbursement of the means of support each month performing money transfers to the applicant or applicants with a credit institution account indicated in the postal settlement system account.
