Child care allowance

Brief description:

The child care allowance shall be paid to one of the parents, guardian or other person of the child who, in accordance with the decision of the Orphan's Court, actually grooms and raises the child up to two years of age.

Where the allowance is paid for twins or more children born in one maternity, a supplement shall be granted for each of the following children in addition to the nursing allowance.
