The purpose of the service is to provide the educational institution of driver drivers with the right to prepare drivers of tractor-engineering, in conformity with the requirements of regulatory enactments, by issuing a training registration card. Only an educational institution registered in the State Information System may carry out the training of drivers of tractor-engineering.

A submission regarding the disputing of the administrative enactment of the State Technical Supervisory Agency or challenging the administrative act of the Director of the State Technical Supervision Agency.
