Brief description:
The Health Inspectorate shall evaluate compliance with the procedures for the purchase, storage, use, inventory of medicinal products, narcotic and psychotropic medicinal products, the procedures for the destruction of poor quality medicinal products in conformity with the requirements of the Regulations of the Mk. The head of medical treatment, soc.iest goats shall submit a submission of VI (with the necessary documents) regarding the conformity assessment of the institution in order to purchase medicinal products from medicinal products wholesalers or pharmacies. VI shall carry out an inspection and take a decision on the issue of an authorisation to the authority for the purchase of medicinal products.

Decisions issued by national authorities in Latvia may be contested in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Law.
In accordance with the by-law of the Health Inspectorate, the decisions and actual action of the officials of the Inspectorate may be contested by submitting a relevant submission to the Head of Inspectorate (Klimans Street 7, Riga, LV-1012)

Reminder
In accordance with the provisions of the BOM, the head of medical treatment, soc.iest goats shall submit a submission of VI regarding the re-examination of the conformity of the institution for the receipt of authorisation medicinal products 30 days before the end of the term of validity of the previous permit.
Warning
In breach of the above conditions, the Authority shall not obtain the appropriate authorisation to purchase medicinal products or the authorisation previously issued shall be suspended or revoked.
