An appeal against the decision of the Patent Office may be filed by the applicant or another addressee of the Patent Office's decision (owner, former owner, transferee, licensee).
Period:
The substantive review of the appeal shall be completed no later than three months after the date of initiation of the case. If there is a valid reason, the Industrial Property Board of Appeal is entitled to set another date when the substance of the case is finalized.
