The registration certificate shall be a document attesting that:
- a medical practitioner has the right to pursue medical treatment for a period of 5 years from the time of registration or renewal;
- a medical treatment aid person in the relevant profession has the right to participate in the provision of the health care process in the medical treatment institution for a period of 5 years from the time of registration or renewal.
The Health Inspectorate shall issue a registration certificate after receipt of a written request from a medical practitioner or a medical treatment support person within five working days.
The issuance of a duplicate registration certificate or certificate shall be a fee service, as the costs have been specified in the Cabinet Regulations entitled “Price List of Health Inspection Fee Services”.
