Brief description:
A statement shall contain information regarding State social insurance contributions calculated for a person, insurance periods and contribution payers. A person may choose a period for which a statement is to be received.
Information is available for the period starting from 1996.
The data at the portal www.latvija.lv shall be updated once a week.

A statement shall be issued or transmitted by post or by e-mail within a period of 30 days, if additional processing is required to prepare the statement. Using the e-services, information can be obtained rapidly e-service during implementation.

To request the service, you must fill in for a particular form submission addressed to the SSIA.
May submit a submission:
• on the www.latvija.lv portal;
• on-site (if requested for service, a personal identification document (passport or ID card) must be produced);
• electronically (the application must be signed with a secure electronic signature containing the time stamp);
• by post.
An application may be submitted in person to any VSAA customer service centre or to the unified customer service centres of the State and local governments.
