Brief description:
1. A person in the registration sequence shall receive an invitation to come to the Kancelejā of the Department of Housing and Environment (Department) within two weeks and receive the updated decision of the Register Commission regarding the determined amount of the residential space allowance (Benefits) for the updating thereof.
2. After receipt of the decision of the Register Commission, the person shall submit to the Kancelejā within one month the necessary documents for receipt of the Benefit.
3. Riga City Council Residential Spaces Leaning Commission takes a decision regarding the granting of the Allowance.
4. The local government shall transfer the allowance granted to the person to the account of the seller, rental, lessor or bank transaction.
Note: The updated decision of the Registration Commission shall be valid for a period of one month, with the right to extend it not more than twice.
