Brief description:
The data shall be updated in the cadastre if:
1) data characterising the object registered in the Cadastre or data regarding the cadastre subject have changed;
2) they do not correspond to the real situation in nature.
The State Land Service (VZD), the updated data regarding the cadastre object, shall be used in the calculation of the cadastral value.
Updating of data in the Cadastre shall be ensured from 1 April 2020 if information has been received from the Construction Information System (BIS) with data exchange service regarding the recruitment of a building/group of premises or the completion of works (except if the building authority or another institution performing the functions of the building authority does not use BIS to prepare the documents in the building/group of premises). recruitment in service or completion of works (for example, Riga City Construction Board). In these cases, when information from BIS has been received, the updating of data in the Cadastre will take place automatically, free of charge and without the request of the initiator.
In the case of persons, the updating of cadastre data in the Cadastre shall be proposed by submitting an application by the VZD, in cases where the building board or another institution performing the functions of the building authority:
- BIS has confirmed the adoption of the information in service of the building/group of premises;
- do not use BIS to prepare documents for the recruitment of a building/group of premises in operation or the completion of works (e.g. the Riga City Construction Board), the information regarding the acceptance of the building/premises group in service has been confirmed in a document issued to the person.
In these cases, the VZD cadastre data will be updated within 5 working days, applying the fee. As a result of the performance of the service, a check mark will be made in the Cadastre regarding the year of entry into service of the building, a group of premises (apartment),...
