Natural person:

Representative of the legal person:
1. If you have entered into a subscription agreement for the portal Kadastrs.lv:
- be authenticated by means of authentication tools available to a natural person in the Latvija.lv;

2. If you do not have a subscription agreement for the portal Kadastrs.lv:

Following authentication, two sections are available in the “My Portal - > My Account” section of the Kadastrs.lv portal, “E-Service History” and “My Orders VZD”.

“My account” under the heading “E-service history” can:

a) for the e-services requested by the Kadastrs.lv portal, see:
- “e-service ID” - unique identification number assigned to the e-service,
- “establishment date”, the date on which the e-service is requested;
- “service name” - the name of the requested e-service;

Important! Document or data files connected to the Kadastrs.lv e-service shall be stored in the VZD for a maximum of 90 days.

- the number assigned by the customer;
- the associated order number;

(f) sort e-service records by:
- e-service ID numbers;
- the date of establishment of the e-service;
- service names;
- the status of the services;
- the status of the services for the change dates;

- “order name” - the number of the service to be performed within the order;
- “object”: the identifier of the object for which an e-service is requested (e.g. the cadastre designation of the unit of land);
- “scheduled due date” - the date by which the Service will execute the order if the order is due;
- “related services” - the associated e-service number. If the order was registered by requesting an e-service available on the portal Kadastrs.lv, the VZD order has the associated service.
