Using the “My Account” section
Following authentication, two sections are available in the “My Portal - > My Account” section of the Kadastrs.lv portal, “E-Service History” and “My Orders VZD”.
“My account” under the heading “E-service history” can:
a) for the e-services requested by the Kadastrs.lv portal, see:
- “e-service ID” - unique identification number assigned to the e-service,
- “establishment date”, the date on which the e-service is requested;
- “service name” - the name of the requested e-service;
- “object”: the identifier of the object for which an e-service is requested (e.g. the cadastre designation of the unit of land);
- “status” and “Change date” - information about the status of the service and the date of the changes that enable you to follow the course of the order;
- “related orders” - the number of the associated order. If an e-service is requested to be executed outside the portal kadastrs.lv, i.e. processed and executed by a VZD employee, the associated VZD order is registered for the e-service.
(b) to give the e-service concerned its unique identifier (name or designation);
(c) to examine the documents and data submitted and received within the framework of the e-service;
Important! Document or data files connected to the Kadastrs.lv e-service shall be stored in the VZD for a maximum of 90 days.
(d) select the received e-services according to the following criteria:
- the receiving period;
- the date of the request;
- the e-service ID number;
- the number assigned by the customer;
- the associated order number;
- user;
- service groups.
(e) view the report on received e-services in portal Kadastrs.lv or Excel format;
(f) sort e-service records by:
- e-service ID numbers;
- the date of establishment of the e-service;
- service names;
- the status of the services;
- the status of the services for the change dates;
- related order numbers.
- e-services for identifiers (names or designations) assigned by the customer;
g) from the “My Account” part “E-service history” goes to the “My Orders VZD” part.
“My account” under “My Orders for VZD” can:
a) view information on orders registered by the VZD:
- “Order No” - unique identification number assigned to the order;
- “order part number” - the part number of the registered order as part of the order;
- “creation date” - the date on which the order is registered;
- “order name” - the number of the service to be performed within the order;
- “object”: the identifier of the object for which an e-service is requested (e.g. the cadastre designation of the unit of land);
- “scheduled due date” - the date by which the Service will execute the order if the order is due;
- “related services” - the associated e-service number. If the order was registered by requesting an e-service available on the portal Kadastrs.lv, the VZD order has the associated service.
B) follow the order execution status in the “Status” column and “Status Change Date” column.
(c) receive documents or data generated as a result of the execution of the order, if the method of receiving services is specified in the “VZD account”.
Important!
- You can download the prepared document or data file attached to the order if you pay the order to the full amount.
(d) to provide additional documents and data;
(e) to view and pay invoices issued by the SSD;
(f) to search for orders registered by the VZD according to the following criteria:
- order number
- the date of establishment;
- the service object;
- the status of the order;
- the associated service ID number.
(g) sort e-service records by:
- order numbers;
- order share numbers;
- the dates on which orders are created;
- order statuses
h) from the “My Accounts” part of “My Orders VZD” goes to the “History of E-services” part.
