For each of the leading National Land Service (VZD) data publishing and e-service portal www.kadastrs.lv, “Maps - > Map Explorer” contains spatial data that can be browsed within the free service:
- spatial data of the cadastre information system (representing the boundaries of units of land and parts of units of land, contours of structures);
- spatial data of the State address register (addresses, streets and roads, centrelines and administrative boundaries of buildings and building units);
- estate value zoning cards (including existing zoning and predicted zoning within a period specified by regulatory enactments);
- from pre-registered buildings of the Construction Information System (BIS)
with the possibility of connecting an orthodox card in the background.
A user identified in the kadastrs.lv portal has the option to browse through more VZD available data for charge. In addition, you can browse through the following spatial data maintained by the SSD when you pay the service:
- the total volume of the cadastre information system;
- topographical information of high detail.
As well as the possibility of connecting in addition to the spatial data at the disposal of the SSD:
- a topographical map at a scale of 1:20 00 (in individual cities);
- on a topographic map scale of 1:10 000 (in rural areas).
The data published in the kadastrs.lv portal shall be updated:
- cadastre text and spatial data - once daily;
- the text and spatial data of the national address register, once daily;
- value zoning, every four years, following changes in the value zoning of real estate;
- data of pre-registered structures in the Cadastre from the Construction Information System - once daily;
- topographic plan M1: 500 - every 1-2 weeks;
- maps maintained by the Latvian Geospatial Information Agency as a background for spatial data of the State Land Service

As part of a paid service, you can browse the data for one hour from the time the card is opened if the web browser is not closed.
