In the public part of the portal www.kadastrs.lv, free, each lead may, at any time of the day, browse through the cadastre text data regarding the cadastre object (unit of land, structure, group of premises):
- for real estate - cadastre number;
- for a structure, unit of land or group of premises - the designation of the cadastre;
- the name or address;
- cadastral value;
- base values;
- for real estate - whether it has been registered in the Land Register;
- for units and buildings of land, the amount of the undistributed presumed part.

In turn, in order to browse more cadastre text data on the cadastre object, each lead may use the e-service “Detailed Cadastre text data (without contractual obligations)” available in the portal kadastrs.lv.

Within the framework of an e-service, you can browse through the cadastre text data regarding the objects of one property and the objects contained therein. By paying more extensive browsing of cadastre text data, it is possible to see in addition data recorded in the cadastre, such as:
- the estimated cadastral values of land units and structures (available from the time of approval of the cadastral value base until 1 January of the following year);
- the details of the unit of land, structure, group of premises (for example, the area, its distribution by type of use, the number of floors of the building, the number of areas, the number of rooms in the group of premises, the breakdown of areas, good placements, etc.);
- ownership of real estate. If the owner, legal possessor or user is a legal person (name, registration number, address). The given name and surname of a natural person shall be published only in cases where the immovable property is registered in the Land Register and such information is publicly available in the zemesgramata.lv;
- the alleged share of real estate owned by the person, if the property in question is joint ownership;
- encumbrances and limits, their occupied area;
- documents registered in the State Land Service regarding immovable property;
- physical-related cadastre objects (unit of land, buildings located on a unit of land (regardless of the properties in which they belong) will be constructed by the existing groups of premises (regardless of the properties in which they belong);
- and other information.

The texts of the Cadastre and the State Address Register available in the kadastrs.lv data publishing and e-services portal are updated - once daily.
