Brief description:
Type information shall be prepared from the current Cadastre text data containing the essential and demanding characteristics of real estate, land unit, part of the unit of land, construction or group of premises.

When using the e-service portal www.kadastrs.lv, it is possible to receive cadastre information online (electronically without a signature or electronically with eZemmoga) immediately after payment of the service or to order the preparation of cadastre information in the form of paper documents (with a signature), indicating the desired type of receipt of the document.
On the other hand, if you submit a service request to the VZD customer service center, the requested information will be prepared by order registration and payment.

In the kadastrs.lv portal, under the heading “Electronic Services - > Portal - > Receive Cadastre Data”, the following e-services are available to the person for standard information on the receipt of cadastre objects:
- standard information on the value of real estate
(for natural persons, the given name, surname, personal identity number, as well as the declared address in the “Real estate ownership information” section of the printout are not indicated);
- standard information on markings registered for real estate;
- standard information on the cadastral value of the unit of land;
- standard information on the part of the unit of land;
- standard information regarding the cadastral value of the structure;
- standard construction information (basic data);
- standard information about the group of rooms.

For e-service, need to be authenticated with Latvija.lv authentication devices.

2. solis / Request a Service (2)
When ordering any of the types of information e-services, the person has the option:
1. to receive cadastre information online (electronically without a signature or electronically by eZenmog) immediately after payment of the service.
Important! The recipient of the e-service shall not have access to any changes made to the Cadastre text data on the day of execution of the e-service. These changes will be available to the recipient of the e-service on the following day.

2. to order the preparation of cadastre information in the form of paper documents (with a signature), indicating the desired type of receipt of the document (see Section “Receiving the Service”).
If you want to use a different type of service request, you must complete the application form in which you must specify the cadastre object for which you want to receive the service and the type of information you want to receive, as well as information on the type and location of the information that you have prepared as a result of the execution of the order.

In such cases, additional charges shall be imposed:
- on the certification of a document in the form of paper;
- on-site services, by selecting to receive a document in the VZD customer service centre or by post;
- the preparation of documents for postal service, as well as the sending of documents in accordance with the pricing of the postal vendor, by choosing to receive the document by post.

Additional charges do not apply when you choose to receive information electronically without a signature or by eZemmoga in the “My Account” section of the portal kadastrs.lv.

Without using an e-service on the portal kadastrs.lv, an application for the receipt of standard cadastre information may be submitted:
- by sending an application (signed with a secure electronic signature and time stamp), to the e-mail address or official VZD e-address of any customer service centre;
- face-to-face in any customer service center. The recipient of the service shall sign a request for an order drawn up in the customer service centre;
- by post, by sending an application for service to any VZD customer service centre address;
- by sending an electronic request using the “Application to Authority” e-service on the national administration services portal www.latvija.lv. In this case, the request for information may not be signed by electronic signature as the person's electronic identification has been carried out.

In such cases, additional charges shall be imposed:
- on the certification of a document in the form of paper;
- ordering and receiving an electronic service on site;
- the preparation of documents for postal service, as well as the sending of documents in accordance with the pricing of the postal vendor, by choosing to receive the document by post.

When requesting receipt of cadastre information online within the framework of an e-service, the service may be paid using:
1. Latvija.lv the payment system;
2. Through the Mobilly Settlement System Mobilly account (see www.mobilly.lv for details on how to create and replenish the Mobilly account).

When ordering the cadastre information in the form of a document (with a signature), the service may be paid:
1. using the Latvija.lv payment system;
2. any VZD customer service centre with a payment card using a POS terminal;
3. in a credit institution, post office or via internet banking.

As part of the e-service, the standard information (electronically without a signature or electronically by eZemmog) shall be received by the person immediately online on the portal “My account” under the relevant e-service entry (. pdf.form).

The document prepared as a result of the execution of the service (with a signature) shall be issued by the VZD in the form specified in the customer's
- in the kadastrs.lv portal, under “My Account” in an electronic form (. pdf or. xls format) at the entry for the order.
The VZD stores document or data files attached to the kadastrs.lv service or order for a maximum of 90 calendar days.

- in presence at any VZD customer service centre;
Upon receipt of the document prepared as a result of the execution of the service, a personal identification document - passport or personal identity card (ID card) must be produced and the authorised person also has a mandate.
- by post, sending the document to the address specified in the service request;
- e-mail or e-address.
