A temporary registration certificate for property rights to apartments shall be prepared for the initial consolidation of the property rights of an apartment building co-op apartment in the Land Register in accordance with the Law On the Recording of Real Estate in Land Books. A temporary registration certificate or yellow sheet of property rights shall be prepared and issued if the person is a member of an apartment building co-op and has paid the shares in full for the apartment transferred to him or her.
