In order to register the provision of an asenisation service in the administrative territory of the city of Riga, the asenisator shall refer the application to the Riga City Council's Department of Housing and Environmental Management Administration's Department of Water Management and Sewer Services Division or Visitor Acceptance Division, or send the submission by post, or e-mail. The Department of Water Management and Sewer Services shall, in conformity with regulatory enactments, perform the recording of the asensator in the register and place the asenser on the homepage of the Department of Housing and Environment in the section “Senators”.
By 1 March of the current year, the impactor shall submit a declaration regarding the amount of waste water and sediment collected, transported and discharged from the decentralised sewer systems serviced in the previous year at the sites specially established for the reception of waste water in the centralised sewer system. The declaration shall be submitted to the Management Management and Sewer Services Division of the Housing and Environment Department of the Riga City Council or to the Visitors Acceptance Division, or send the declaration by post or e-mail. The Department of Water Management and Sewer Services shall, in conformity with regulatory enactments, perform the registration of the asensator declaration.
