The State Land Service (hereinafter - VZD) shall register or erase a check mark regarding the prohibition of alienation in the Cadastre Information System for the following objects until registration of the immovable property in the Land Register on the basis of the relevant documents:
- the apartment, artist's workshop, non-residential premises, which has been transferred into ownership until the privatization of the residential house;
- an apartment privatised or disposed of in accordance with the procedures specified in the Law On Privatisation of Cooperative Aparts or the Law On Privatisation of Agricultural Undertakings and Fishery Colhose;
- shipbuilding, which are not recorded in the Land Register or shall be recorded in the composition of the immovable property and in accordance with the Law On Recording of Immovable Property Law is not recorded in the Land Register in 19.
