After completing the work of the land cadastral survey and preparing and submitting the documents of the land cadastral survey to the State Land Service (hereinafter - VZD), the VZD shall perform updating of the data of the unit of land, part of the land from the cadastral survey documents in the Cadastre Information System.

As a result of the performance of the service, the data of the unit of land, part of the unit of land and the cadastral value thereof shall be updated in the Cadastre information system.

Upon the request of the initiator, as a result of the performance of the service, the VZD shall prepare and issue a statement regarding the updating of the data in the Cadastre information system.
