Brief description:

The service provides an opportunity to submit to Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs an application for approval of an invitation to the foreigner may request a visa for entry in the Republic of Latvia.
The inviter only submits the documents for approval of the invitation electronically.

Beneficiaries:

Legal persons governed by public law, Private law legal persons

Natural persona- Latvian citizen or non-citizen of Latvia; an alien who has a valid permanent residence permit in the Republic of Latvia; an alien who has a valid temporary residence permit only the spouse or relative to the second degree in a straight line or to the second degree in a collateral line; EU / EEA or a citizen residing in the Republic of Latvia with a registration certificate or a permanent residence certificate (only for inviting a spouse or relatives up to the second degree in a straight line or up to the second degree on a side line).
