Brief description:
A protected user (a poor or disadvantaged family (person), a multi-child family or family (person) in the care of which a child with disabilities is present, or a person with an I disability group who uses electricity in his or her own household for his or her own needs (end-use), shall be entitled to the marketing service of the protected user. Persons who apply for the support of the protected user shall be provided with consultative support in respect of the receipt of the service, the refusal of the service, the change in electricity contracts for the reduction of the applicable payment.
