Receipt of services
When submitting an appropriately completed submission regarding the marketing of electronic cigarettes and electronic cigarette filler vials, the merchant's obligation to notify the Health Inspectorate prior to the commencement of trade has been fulfilled until changes have occurred in the information provided.
The Health Inspectorate shall send an approval in the manner chosen by the customer that the information provided has been received. If “No response required” is indicated, the Health Inspectorate specialists shall only contact the applicant in the event of confusion.
If the Health Inspectorate, in examining the submission, determines that it has not been completed in conformity or is incomplete, it shall, within 30 days of receipt of the submission, request the merchant in writing to specify the submitted information.
A merchant shall submit the information specified in the Health Inspectorate within 14 days after receipt of the request.
If a merchant has not received a request to clarify the submitted information within 30 days after the submission of the submission, as well as within 14 days after the submission of the specified information has not received a repeated request referred to in Paragraph 3 of Regulation No 593, the merchant shall be deemed to have fulfilled Section 8 of the Tobacco Products, Plant smoking products, Electronic smoking devices and their fluids. the obligation laid down in the second subparagraph.
