Brief description:
The program of a new training course is certified in accordance with the requirements of the initial certification for the respective training organization.
An ATO may only commence training in a training course program after obtaining the approval of the Civil Aviation Agency (ATO certificate).
The DTO and the NMO may start training the course immediately upon submission of the declaration, unless the training program needs to be approved.

1. solis / submission of an application and documents
The training organization submits CAA documentation in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 373 (2020):
- point 12 in the case of an ATO;
- paragraphs 29 and 30 in the case of DTOs;
- point 40 in the case of NMOs.

2. solis / Conformity assessment
The Civil Aviation Agency shall assess the compliance of the training organization in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 373 (2020):
- paragraph 15 in the case of an ATO;
- paragraph 36 in the case of DTOs;
- points 46, 48 and 49 in the case of NMO.

3. solis / issuance of a certificate
Civil Aviation Agency in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 373 (2020):
- Paragraph 26 shall issue a certificate from an approved training organization, including the new training course program in the approval regulations attached to the certificate in the case of an ATO;
- 36.1. and Paragraph 36.2 shall issue an acknowledgment of receipt of the declaration and issue an approval of the training course program in the case of a DTO;
- 48.1. and 49.1. shall issue a confirmation of receipt of the declaration and issue a training course program approval in the case of NMO.
