The national fee of EUR 1.42 shall be payable for proof of one signature.
The State fee shall not be paid (in order to receive relief from the payment of the State fee, that person shall present the relevant status or evidence-of-fact document):
politically repressed persons;
disabled people;
Participants in the elimination of the consequences of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident;
persons who have been recognised as poor in accordance with the procedures specified by the Cabinet;
pensioners whose pension does not exceed the national minimum wage.
