Service requests
The service may be requested in person, electronically or by post.
When requesting a service in person, the customer turns to the City Development Department of Riga City Council, leaving a survey page in a specially designed document cabinet, or to the Riga City residents center, leaving the survey page in a dedicated mailbox.
When requesting a service electronically, the client shall send a survey page, which has been prepared in conformity with the regulatory enactments regarding the drawing up of electronic documents, certified with a secure electronic signature and time stamp.
When requesting a service by mail, the customer sends in a completed questionnaire. The respondent must complete the form “Public consultation survey page on tree felling for submission
City Development Department of Riga City Council (DA_122_v2).
Prior to the launch of the public consultation procedure, the following places shall be preceded by a public consultation:
- on the homepage of Riga municipality: https://pasvaldiba.riga.lv;
- on the homepage of the City Development Department of Riga City Council: www.rdpad.lv;
- in the City Development Department of Riga City Council;
- in the city of Riga.
Following the public consultation, the results of the public consultation are compiled and a report is prepared to the Riga City Council's Applantings Conservation Commission on the public consultation procedure. The Riga City Council Applantings Conservation Commission shall evaluate the results of the public consultation and take a decision.
