In territorial units in which there is no notary, the Orphan's Court shall perform the following tasks:

1) certify a transaction if it enters into operation of the relevant Orphan's court took up residence in the territory of the residents of deklarējušie and other persons and the amount of the transaction does not exceed 8537 euro;

2) certify līdzmantinieku and co-proprietor agreement on division of the inheritance or joint property (regardless of the value of the property), if the property to be divided or part thereof is located in the territory of operation of the relevant Orphan's court;
