Brief description:
A social rehabilitation centre with accommodation shall ensure the implementation of a social rehabilitation programme, which includes a set of social skills and skills development measures, by promoting the recovery of the social status of a person, the inclusion of the labour market and society, as well as by eliminating the negative social consequences of other factors in the life of a person under an individual social rehabilitation plan.

The right to receive social rehabilitation services in the institution is for a person who has declared his or her basic residence and actually resides in the administrative territory of the municipality of Riga, and who has been hampered by the negative social consequences caused by disability, incapacity, after serving a custodial sentence, addiction or violence and other factors.

2. other documents, if they are necessary for taking a decision on the granting of an appropriate social service.
