The service is provided to 4 clients and their children at 24 hours a social care service, including the provision of residence, day-care and supervision, a social work service and a social rehabilitation service, which includes a 3-month initial assessment of the customer's eligibility for the service.

1. have declared his main residence in the administrative territory of the municipality of Riga;
