The lower-level night shelter service is a temporary social service that provides a person with accommodation and personal hygiene facilities.
The service is entitled to a person without a specified place of residence whose last declared place of residence is in the city of Liepaja or who is in a crisis situation (the person is unable to provide himself or herself with shelter).
If the last declared place of residence of a person is in another local government, the person shall have the right to receive the service for a period of not more than five days within a period of six months.
