Brief description:
A benefit shall be paid to whom or to whose child disability has been determined and an opinion of the State Medical Commission for the Assessment of Health Condition and Working Ability has been issued on medical indications for special adaptation of a car and receipt of benefit for compensation of transport expenses.

If the allowance is requested for a child to whom the disabled person has been determined, it shall be granted to one of the parents, guardian or person who actually raises the child, including a foster family, if the child has been transferred for a period longer than six months.

In order to claim the benefit, a specific form of application addressed to the SAA must be completed.

• on-site (if requested for service, a personal identification document (passport or ID card) must be produced);
