Brief description:

Persons in need of a certificate of fluency in the official language proficiency examination may be settled in Riga, Liepaja, Rezekne and Daugavpils, Ventspils.
The knowledge of the official language has two parts - oral and written. Written part of the person to be completed by the reading test, write, test and listening test. Oral part of a person fulfils special runātprasmes inspection tasks.
Knowledge of the official language is divided into three language fluency levels:
A – a basic level;
B – Intermediate;
C – the highest level.
Information about the state language proficiency examination results person receives 15 working days of the State language proficiency test sort.

Any natural person. You can register a group of persons in cases where there is a legal person (company dealing with the Latvian language training) application.

2. solis / Receipt of services

Log on to the test of fluency in the electronic, telephone or attending in person to the panel secretary. Upon arriving at the official language proficiency examination, carrying with them: Passport, a receipt in respect of the paid fee (about the state language proficiency examination is to pay excise duties – $10); previously acquired fluency in the country, if any; the person who has the right to the State fee shall be taken along to the test is successful, a document certifying such right.
