Co-financing is provided for a child monitoring service provider (hereinafter - nanny), which is registered in accordance with the procedures specified in Cabinet Regulation No. 404 of 16 July 2013, “Requirements for Child Monitoring Service Providers and Procedures for the Registration of Child Monitoring Service Providers”, regarding the provision of a full-time child monitoring service on working days at the child's residence or at another suitable place outside the place of residence of the child in the administrative territory of the municipality of Valmiera.

The local government shall inform the nanny and the legal representative of the child in writing regarding the decision taken.

The local government co-financing shall be paid to the nanny on the basis of a contract approved by the local government that has been concluded between the local government, the nanny and the legal representative of the child.

The co-financing of the local government shall be calculated from the moment when the nanny submits an application to the local government. The costs of the local government co-financing shall only be started after the contract has been signed.
