The commission for the issuance of certificates for the commencement of private practice of educators shall take a decision regarding the extension of the certificate within a period of one month from the day of receipt of the submission to the State Service for Education Quality.

In order to extend the certificate of private practice, an application shall be submitted to the State Education Quality Service, which shall be accompanied by documents certifying the development of the professional competence of the educator and continuing training (if the data have not been entered VIIS).
