Brief description:
In order to deal with private practice, the educator must receive a certificate of private practice in the State Education Quality Service. The certificate shall be issued for a period of 3 years with the possibility of renewal.

In order to receive a certificate of private practice, an application shall be submitted to the State Education Quality Service, which shall be accompanied by an educational programme, educational documents (if the teacher's data have not been entered in VIIS) and a certificate regarding the proficiency of the official language (for persons who must complete the test of the proficiency of the official language if the data have not been entered in VIIS).
