Service requests
An application shall be submitted to the local government, indicating the given name, surname, personal identity number, declared place of residence, the name of the study programme, the institution of higher education and faculty, the year of accession in higher education, the year of study, as well as the type and amount of the necessary credit.
The application must be accompanied by:
- a statement from a credit institution regarding the type and amount of the credit, the schedule for repayment, the repayment deadlines, the interest rate of the credit and the repayment guarantees;
- a statement from a student that: the student does not have parents who could provide a guarantee; the student is from a multi-child family; the student does not have real estate or securities that could be collateral for credit;
- a statement from an institution of higher education regarding the fact and success of studies (if the student has already commenced training), as well as an acknowledgement of the right to take credit. If the student wishes to receive a student loan guarantee - a statement of the institution of higher education regarding the fact that the study programme is not financed from the resources of the State budget;
- other documents attesting compliance with the requirements referred to in the binding rules No 49/2013 of the Aluksne Municipality Council of 29 December 2013, entitled “On the guarantee study of the municipality of Aluksne for the receipt of credit and student credit”, such as a copy of the disability document, a statement from the bank that the person is already a guarantor for the credit of a student family member, etc.
