Brief description:
On the basis of the application of the grave-keeper and the permit of the Health Inspectorate, the Housing and Environment Department of the Riga City Council shall issue a permit and perform the exhumation of the remains buried in the grave.
If, as a result of the exhumation, the tomb remains empty, the grave-keeper loses the rights of the housekeeper to this tomb and the contract for the preservation of the tomb is broken.
