Social rehabilitation service at the place of residence of a child who has Suffered from Illegal Activities shall be granted if:
1) upon receipt of services have been forced to follow the recommendations of the social rehabilitation for the continuation of a psychologist at the place of residence;
2) Social service social workers delivered its opinion on the need for social rehabilitation service at the place of residence.

Social rehabilitation services, the payment shall be ensured by the parents of a child or legal representative chosen service provider that is registered in the Register of Social service providers, consultation in accordance with the service provider, and invoices.
