1. Service shall be granted if the family assistant social workers Social Service has delivered an opinion regarding the necessity of the service.
2. Service shall be granted for a period of up to 12 months. If the family is actively involved in solving their own problems, provision of services can be extended.
3. After the decision making regarding the granting of the service Social Service shall enter into a tripartite agreement with a service requester and service providers.

2) a written request to suspend the provision of services;
