The Orphan's court acknowledges and accepts for storage of wills:
- enter a document of the population register of wills, whose declared place of residence in the territory of operation are Aluksne Municipality Orphan's Court;
- accept for storage Aluksne Municipality Self-government private wills of the population (regardless of the value of the property bequeathed);
- will accept for storage of veterinary medicinal products (irrespective of the place of residence of a testator);
- issue a testator an extract of the document;
- issue a testator an extract of the withdrawal of the document.
