To enter the data, register with the LVGMC website and receive a user name and password.

To be authorized

Complete the application

The reporting data will only be available after the application is signed and the application should therefore be retained and approved when completing the * application (“Creating an application”). After the application is saved and approved, the application template will be sent to the e-mail you specified.

Rebuilding or rebuilding of a building or group of premises

These documents must be submitted to the building board and their authorisation must be obtained. All construction documents may be submitted to the Construction Information System, as well as the necessary conciliations may be received.

Prepare the necessary documents

The prepared documents may be submitted as an electronically signed document or, when authenticating and using the functionality of the construction information system (BIS), provide all documents BIS. Documents which are available in other information systems maintained by the State, such as property supporting documents, need not be submitted. BIS functionality shall ensure that the technical regulations and conciliations required for the intention may be obtained from the State and local government authorities, as well as from the owners of the engineering networks, if they have entered into a contract regarding THE use OF BIS with the system manager - the Construction State Control Office.

Send documents to building board

The building board shall review the documents submitted within 10 working days. THE BIS system shall take a decision. The Construction Board shall be informed of the completion of the works in the case of simplified renewal by submitting Part II of the certificate. The building board will survey the site to ensure that the works have been performed in accordance with the construction documentation and will take a decision.

After completion of the works

Upon completion of the works, on the basis of the documentation of the intention and the certificate card, a submission regarding the performance of changes in the case of the cadastral survey of the building or group of premises and the registration/updating of data in the Real Estate State Cadastre Information System (Cadastre Information System) shall be prepared. The application and the documents attached thereto shall be signed with a secure electronic signature and sent to the official State Land ServiceE-addressesor the relevantcustomer Service Centeremail address.

Information regarding the conditions for the performance of the service, deadline for the execution of the service and documents to be submitted shall be reviewed by the State Land Serviceon the website.
